This wage that it is extremely important what our role is , because of being able to improve their prosperity living out of the multitude the country working / a laborer .If the fees were not provided directly by a superior or leadership of to the masons on / a laborer , so new life out of the multitude the country working / a laborer will not be able to live a good life and the peace of christ kingdom.This study aims to in order to understand the the pattern of workers payment board or dewan / just labor in industrui construction services in perspective law of employment impact is. Was used in the study research methodology descriptive statistics with of a quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data which was commonly used in the research uses absence of research in the form of the objective of the interview , the questionnaire and then a brilliant literary student .In the sample have used of these tests are quality of human capital are worked construction as many as 71 people. The processing of data was undertaken with a step: 1 ) described finding stimulates the advance of data , 2 ) and the practical teaching exam participants reliability , 3 ) the withdrawal of a conclusion. Based on the research done he, can be taken the conclusion that workers / laborers find refuge from the company service industry of construction in protection wages as policies that stipulated in the act employment law.

ABSTRAK

Upah ini sangat penting peranannya, karena dapat mensejahterakan hidup dari para pekerja/ buruh. Jika upah tidak diberikan oleh atasan atau pimpinan kepada para pekerja/ buruh, maka kehidupan dari para pekerja/buruh tidak akan dapat hidup dengan baik dan sejahtera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pengupahan pekerja/ buruh pada industrui jasa konstruksi dalam perspektif hukum Ketenagakerjaan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Statistik Deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa wawancara, kuesioner dan studi literatur. Sampel yang digunakan adalah tenaga kerja konstruksi sebanyak 71 orang. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan langkah : 1) mendeskripsikan data temuan, 2) uji validitas dan reliabilitas, 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Pekerja/buruh mendapat perlindungan dari perusahaan industri jasa konstruksi dalam perlindungan upah sebagaimana kebijakan yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Hukum Ketenagakerjaan.
